Calming, caring staff and doctor! They listened to me and helped me understand the process as it related to my specific situation. Dr. Kickertz calms patients' anxiety, while also ensuring patient comfort during procedures.
I needed a root canal and looked for an Endodontist in the Charlotte area. I found Dr. Katie Kickertz at Premier Endodontics of South Park. She is a board certified Endodontist which puts her in the top level of her profession. My procedure went extremely well and was nearly pain free. She used a special local to numb the gums BEFORE administering the novocaine. This is really important to me!
