Scheduled a consultation with Premier for possible resorption. I appreciated the front desk proactively taking my insurance ahead of the appointment and running an estimate for me. When I got there, check in was easy and I was taken back right on time. The staff did a nice job of explaining how the x-rays worked and making me feel comfortable. I went back to Dr. Kickertz a second time. Root canals are never fun experiences, but I trusted her judgment as to needing one and I felt little pain during or after the procedure.
I had a root canal done by Dr. Katie Kickertz and the experience was excellent. She made the process extremely comfortable and was professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of dental care.
Dr. Kickertz is WONDERFUL!!! Such a Blessing to have found her! She is very patient and KIND! & Knowledgeable. I like how she takes her time to explain what she will be doing prior to procedure. Very nice staff also! BEAUTIFUL & CLEAN Office.
