Dr. Kickertz is WONDERFUL!!! Such a Blessing to have found her! She is very patient and KIND! & Knowledgeable. I like how she takes her time to explain what she will be doing prior to procedure. Very nice staff also! BEAUTIFUL & CLEAN Office.
I’ve never needed a root canal before and it sounded painful. Dr Kickertz somehow did a root canal with zero pain involved! I didn’t feel any discomfort during the procedure and a day later I have some mild achiness but nothing ibuprofen can’t fix. I appreciate Dr. Kickertz and her team.
We were referred to Premier Endodontics of SouthPark by our dentist and we had a great experience. From the consultation in which Dr. Katie Kickertz took her time answering questions to the root canal itself, everything was thoroughly explained and handled in the most professional manner. They put my daughter's mind at ease and were so gentle and wonderful during the entire process. I highly recommend Premier Endodontics. The entire staff was wonderful!
I was very impressed with the whole team they make you feel very welcome. They really care about you. They make you feel welcome. they tell you everything they are doing and they were very gentle with me. I highly recommend them 10 out of 10.
