I am of two minds about this place. My first experience was great. I was in a lot of pain and needed root canal. They got me in very fast. I saw Dr Hamzeinejad and she was terrific. Pleasant, friendly and explained what she was doing every step of the way. My dentist even mentioned what a remarkable job it was. I had to go back a month later for another root canal this week. I never go out of my way to leave reviews unless they ask to, but I’m taking it upon myself to give a shout out to Doctor Yi. I’ve never met a dentist Doctor Who was this straightforward, kind, gentle and broke it down for me to understand. She is efficient, and I wished I would’ve gone to her sooner for all the procedures I’ve done in the past. I highly recommend her.
The first time I went a month ago, it was supposed to be a check up to see how my teeth were healing. The doctor was fine at first. Then without warning or tools, just started manually ripping out the braces from my teeth. Mind you I had just broken them two months prior. One brace was really glued on and he kept cranking until he finally relented and used a tool. Today was my follow up appt. All week I received 2 texts and 2 phone calls confirming my 9am appt. I have had more root canals that i care to count, however, I have never had such a wonderful experience as i did with Dr. Emily Alper! She was kind, knowledgable and explained everything. The procedure was pain free, I had no swelling and no pain after the fact! The assistant was exceptional and the office was clean and modern!
I'm so happy I found this place! My doctor she was amazing, and I will ask her, name on my next visit. She was blonde blue eyes, and Cathia, her assistant, amazing too. Thank you very much for so much attention and care.
