My recent experience at this dental office was deeply disappointing, unprofessional, and, quite frankly, concerning. Midway through my procedure, while I was already in the chair and unable to object, I was suddenly told there would be an additional $400 charge because the dentist "found another post." This was particularly frustrating and suspicious because I had already paid $200 for a 3D scan — a scan that, by its advanced nature, is supposed to show these exact details before the procedure begins. Friendly staff very professional treatment. The doctor even cared enough to take an x-ray of a root canal thy did last year to make sure everything looked alright.
