My husband was in the dentist chair and a woman entered the treatment room wearing a coat. She didn’t introduce herself or say why she was in the room. I asked her who she was (apparently from the business office). When I asked her why she was in the room she refused to identify herself. I asked her a second time who and why she was here and then said if I was going to give her an attitude, and she turned and left in her coat. Her name was Yvette. Dr Kim is awesome and a tremendous dentist, but the way they handle their insurance is deceptive. You really need to check with your insurance ahead of time! They claim to be in network but in reality aren't. I had to pay a bill that wasn't accurate after checking with my insurance company. Disappointed with the service, but not the Dentist. I would use her again, just not at Premier.
