Dr West and her staff are top notch. I experienced excellent service from Sally at the front desk to the assistants and Dr West herself. She has an experienced team that puts you at ease for a procedure that many feel uncomfortable about having done. She is very thorough and explained what she was doing throughout each procedure because she knew I was curious. I was very nervous going into this appointment. Heard horror stories from other people. Doctor explained pre and during procedure what she was doing. Helped ease my anxiety. No pain during. Would definitely recommend.
I had my first root canal on January 9, 2026. I couldn't imagine a more pleasant experience having this procedure done by Dr Kelly West and her assistant Danny. It was painless, quick and Dr Kelly is very informative and gentle throughout the process. 5 star service 100%! Thank you Premier Endodontists!
My experience with Dr. Kelly West was fabulous. I had anxiety and she talked ne thru it all and felt no pain with root canal.
Dr Kelly West gave me a thorough exam and validated the information on the referral. Dr Kelly explained the procedures involved in my root canal process and patiently explained answers to my concerns and questions. Office and Chairside staff were GREAT. I recommend Dr West and the staff at Premier Perodontics. The follow up was very timely and comforting.
