Horrible experience staff very unprofessional you can barely hear understand the car I had 3 reps call to confirm ins day of appt to remind you appt has been made 3 months ago!!! Travel 2 hrs to be turnt away I don’t recommend
Dr. Kinaan has quickly filled the huge, empty hole left when Dr. Ntim moved out of the area. And, thankfully, Dr. Kinaan not only has an excellent understanding of the complex glandular system, but also How the various glands interact, especially concerning our hormones! He's direct, factual, sincere, and thorough.
Just a great physician takes more time than most MD to explain in layman's terms medical conditions. Just a magnificent MD
This place needs to reevaluate who they have at the front desk answering phone calls. Not only do I not understand the person but it took more than 10 minutes to reschedule my appointment. Then Im treated with disrespect and attitude. This is no way for someone to treat there patient. This is one of the biggest jobs to bring in patients and if I was a new patient I would definitely feel uncared for and disrespected.
