Premier was very easy to work with. They worked around my schedule, and Isaac was prompt and efficient after arrival. For the price and quality, they are definitely unbeatable!

my area rug and runner no cleaner than when they arrived. carpets took between 12 to 20 hours to dry. trainer did the whole job while trainer sometimes checked the nice nap pattern from wand. no quality checks before leaving. they dismissed my complaint on wet carpets, not just damp. lousy job.
my area rugs look as bad afterwards as before. wastold carpets would be dry in a few hours... my carpets took at least 12 hours or more, some longer. trainer watched trainee clean carpet merely observing the nap pattern strokes. no one felt the carpets to determine sufficient water extraction. trainer did absolutely nothing. he did nothing to check quality of work. he was charming and useless.
Brendan and Isaac did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! Living in a condo with carpet and a large new puppy definitely wasn’t the best combination, but they made a huge difference—removing both the stains and the odor. They even came back the next day to rinse the carpets again, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them and will definitely be booking more sessions in the future!
