From a detailed quote, which broke down every item cost, the team’s ability to work in with other trades during rough in and fit off and the extra lengths that Anthony went to, to ensure all our lights (internal and external), fans, data points, switch locations, switching groups and even cover plates were the right pick for us in our new home. Steve came to my house to initially replace a power point wall socket that had overheated and melted around the socket. Steve and Anthony (who dialled in via phone) was happy to explain what caused the issue (i.e. earthing wire had not been connected) and outlined the fire safety issues it could result in. With this, he also went around the house and checked other sockets and found another wall socket that he then needed and proceeded to connect properly as well.
