Steve came to my house to initially replace a power point wall socket that had overheated and melted around the socket. Steve and Anthony (who dialled in via phone) was happy to explain what caused the issue (i.e. earthing wire had not been connected) and outlined the fire safety issues it could result in. With this, he also went around the house and checked other sockets and found another wall socket that he then needed and proceeded to connect properly as well. Anthony and his team are very professional and were able to work in with our availability. Anthony patiently explained the entire process for the upgrade of our electricity network. I'm impressed with the quality of the workmanship which was completed in a timely manner. On the day we were continuously kept up to date and they cleaned up after too!
