Hired them for a manufactured home install on Whidbey Island. Darren insisted that the installer have a trench dug before the utility locator could come out, that the trench be dug 13 feet past the connection point, and cussed at myself and the home installer (of 35 years experience) when we questioned this. I fired Premier before an inch of conduit had been laid after the foundation patent holder said Darren's plan would compromise the foundation.
