From the beginning, our experience with the team at Siskiyou House has been awesome. Although it was a short stay, my friend, Carla, was happy in the house. All of the staff had been gracious, patient and helpful. Starting with Doris Maran. She was very responsive and timely. The owner/Nurse, Alan was concerned and sincere about Carla's care. words cannot describe how wonderful this facility is. the staff is friendly, caring and extremely attentive. I truly feel like I am at home and couldn't ask for better assisted care. the home is clean, comfortable and well appointed, and I feel my recovery well being while being here is a priority of the staff. I applaud Alan and Doris on an environment where I am confident I will beat my cancer... thank you for everything. you deserve more than a positive review!
Our experience at Siskiyou house, both from the owner and the caretakers, was wonderful. Such caring, compassion and warmth were shown to us and our mother. The communication was all we could have hoped for and more. A very homey and warm environment and great food. Thier motto is "Treat this home like it was your mother's." I couldn't have asked for a better environment for my mom. They are a blessed resource.
I found everyone at premier care, all the staff, to be wonderful. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was lovely and Allen was a knowledgeable and in charge RN! Thank you for all you do!
For the short time my husband was there the care he received from the staff was exceptional they really care about the people they take care of we were blessed to have found this place they also care about the family of the loves ones
