Really happy with the team at Premier Econergy. I initially spoke to Steve about installing a heat pump. He was really knowledgable and I found him very helpful. Cat then took the time to do thorough design and answered any questions we had. After that we dealt with Nicola who was always timely and helpful. The installation went well and we are really happy with the finish. We are really glad we chose to move over to a heat pump and glad we chose Premier Econergy to install it. Great service throughout - thank you!
I contacted Premier Econergy with a view to replace my Nibe exhaust air system with a new air source system. Initial call back from Peter, whom was very clear and patient. By the end of the call he had gone through my requirements and what his company could provide but due to my system being both a Nibe and having MVHR it wasn't something they could singularly help with.
