Awful experience. The woman who prepared me for the study at night was rude. Treated me like I was an inconvenience as she was applying equipment to my body. At one point another tec. arrived for work and the woman who was working with me started carrying on a conversation with her while she was working on me. She yelled into the other room. When I asked for an extra blanket she brought 2 (nice) but one had a horrible stain. I told her that the blanket had a gross stain and she snapped, "Well you told me you only wanted one ... read more

I had a nice experience! I was worried about the reviews but the sleep study itself went well. The workers were friendly and attentive. Just be sure to request for earplugs, they'll help!
Horrible customer service from the lady that answered the phone. I wanted an appointment for same day or the next day and she said she had nothing until next week. I asked her what day she had and then she said she had to check and also look me up to see if the pre authorization was ready. I called back because you left me a message to schedule an appointment so shouldn’t it be already in? I clicked it seems they don’t want to get you in. Shocked at all the negative comments. Starting to think it was day staff but I literally just got off the phone with them and Cynthia was so helpful. Wondering now if they have them confused with another location. My son has had a sleep study there months ago and the nurse let us in right away. She was personable and offered us basic things we needed for the night. Shared laughs as well. It was a good experience as even I was nervous about staying overnight.
