I had the extreme displeasure of speaking with a contentious woman named Lynette in the billing department. After they incorrectly billed the wrong insurance company, I received a bill for their error. While trying to sort it out, the date of service went past filing limit to the correct insurance and now I am responsible for the balance due to their poor billing practices. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was billed for a service that I didnt receive and tried to dispute it with no resolution. My insurance company was billed on 12/10 and I received my portion to pay in the mail 4 days later. Two days after that I received an automated voicemail from them saying that my bill was due and I had 110 days to pay. I just received the bill in the mail! It had been 6 days since billing.
