Great place. Very friendly. Very clean. Very comfortable feeling if your nervous.
This place has no regard for your time. My wife has now had to cancel her 20 anatomy scan for her pregnancy because for the second time now she scheduled an appointment and they changed the time of the appointment without telling her. She found out by confirmation text both times. They also tried to gas light her and say the appointments were never changed. Why would my wife make an appt. Very sad office-birds in a cage (box). Someone has put plastic flowers in the glass box to try to make it better but somehow that makes it worse. Did not determine whether or not my insurance covers the imaging (it does) and wanted me to sign a form that it would cost more than $200 if it didn't. Why wasn't this checked out in advance of the appointment? I won't sign something I can't honor, so I cancelled the appointment. When I asked for my paperwork back, they wouldn't give it to me!
