My Truck was working fine when I took it in to have a remote starter installed. After they were done , they told me the drivers side door wasn’t locking or unlocking due to the actuator going out . Now they’re saying the truck was like this when I brought it in and wanted to argue with me , more less calling me a liar . What business argues with their customer. Why would I lie about it ? Today, I had the old Alpine speakers in my 2016 Toyota Corolla replaced (the front-right and rear-left speakers were distorting due to worn-out voice coils). Premier installed a Kenwood Excelon KFC-XP184C component set up front and Kenwood Excelon KFC-X694 6×9-inch two-way speakers in the rear. Charged me more than quoted, was also told one thing and got a complete other, terrible customer service. I might add i paid 1400 for a head unit with car play. Steering controls. And camera hook up that sucks worse than the little stock one. Extremely unsatisfied.
It didn't take long to get it installed, a little spendy, but I had them finish what my buddy started but didn't get done.
