Today, I had the old Alpine speakers in my 2016 Toyota Corolla replaced (the front-right and rear-left speakers were distorting due to worn-out voice coils). Premier installed a Kenwood Excelon KFC-XP184C component set up front and Kenwood Excelon KFC-X694 6×9-inch two-way speakers in the rear. Charged me more than quoted, was also told one thing and got a complete other, terrible customer service. I might add i paid 1400 for a head unit with car play. Steering controls. And camera hook up that sucks worse than the little stock one. Extremely unsatisfied.
It didn't take long to get it installed, a little spendy, but I had them finish what my buddy started but didn't get done.
My experiment here was good. The first time I came there quick fast hooked my interface up while it went out the same day my interface did not my head unit then I call him on that Friday and the same Friday. I went and got it done and they said they couldn’t get me back in until that Monday so then they had all weekend to sit there and think on how they’re gonna charge me again and I so I go back in on my appointment at eight in the morning on Monday And let me remind you these people ain’t the friendliest people to talk to.... read more
