Although I enjoy most of the jewelry I purchased ( spent $230) I'm very disappointed that the "Sienna" rings already lost their color, after only wearing them six times! I contacted my rep, who said she was going on vacation and would get back to me, over six weeks ago. I've since contacted her two more times, and am very disappointed that she hasn't had the courtesy to even acknowledge my emails or forward to headquarters to handle (since it's a manufacturing defect & obviously not her fault). I Love Premier Designs, it has been a life changer for me. I love the jewelry, the company and all of the new friends that I have made. This will be my first year in the company I am looking forward to a better future with Premier because it only gets better.
Attended a party July 29 placed an order for over $65. Well over 6 weeks later and still nothing. In that time I have emailed corporate twice with no response, waited on hold for hours (nada), messaged the consultant and still nothing. The only response I got was from the hostess who told me she didn't "close" the party therefore I shouldn't have been charged. Love everything about the company, product, service!
I see so many bracelets that I would love to have but they are so BIG! My wrist is 5 1/2 inches....the only 2 things on my body that are small are my wrist and ankles. Maybe y'all could consider making smaller sizes.
Got a bunch of earrings 4 yrs ago and barely wore 1 set. They seemed to go black and I contacted Premier for replacement. No assistance. They keep insisting the local sales rep will contact us but they never do. Tired of it. Lesson learned.
My opinion on Premier Jewlery is two thumbs down. ��. From the finishing to the jems coming out. For the price it's not worth it. Very disappointed.
Miss Randi is the most fun!! Her online parties are an prayer answered to busy ladies. Premier Jewelry has awesome, up to date designs this granny appreciates to keep me "stylin". Great presents. Randi is so helpful, also! Recommendation: slow down a bit, your companies quality control is slipping!
