As a jeweler of one year, I have only had to return three pieces from my sales. Those were probably customer "mistakes" but I just smiled and said "happy to do it".The other pieces of jewelry were several years old and the customer had no jewelry lady. I returned the pieces and got new happy customers! I believe our Jewelry is beautiful, reasonably priced, with an excellent Golden Gaurntee, and our service is good to great!
