The pieces are all over priced. I was guilted in to buying some necklaces to help out a friend. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE. first off $40-$50 for a necklace is a bit expensive. One of the necklaces has been fine, the other however, had almost all the color fade off within a week. I asked for my money back and was told there was no refunds offered. Just had a party last week. Wonderful experience from my jeweler ( Anne Osborne ) giving me helpful hints,the party itself to delivery of the jewelry. The jewelry was delivered to my door in less than one week. Oh and let's not forget all of the gorgeous free bling I received just for hosting ! Yes, I will be hosting again in the future !

By far the worst customer service EVER!!!!! I placed my order July 9th and here it is August 22nd. Still no jewelry and the consultant avoids me and ignores my messages. When she does respond she is full of excuses. The home office refuses to do anything for me only acts like I am bothering them when I contact them. Several calls and I just keep hearing they will contact me back! Yeah when? I just want money back or my jewelry!
