I ordered a ring and it shipped in the wrong size. The process to return and exchange it is a nightmare. NOT user friendly at all. I decided to keep the ring and wear it on another finger instead of the size I ordered it for; and after wearing it for exactly ONE week it turned my finger green. Beautiful, a little pricey jewelry. Beware if you have a product needing replacement.....YOU have to pay the cost of shipping!! Never should have to pay to return their defective product!
