Disgraceful. Trouble getting scheduled. When i wanted procedures done on my teeth and had to pay out pocket, they’d have appointments available every week and would try to schedule me happily. Now that my expensive procedures are done, they can’t even get me an appointment for oral hygiene cleaning. They canceled my appointment few days before saying doctor isn’t available. Before finding Premier Dental Partners, I had a lot of bad experiences with dentists not listening to concerns or doing bad work. Prior to Dr. Harris’ team, I had fillings being placed improperly and either causing me sensitivity I never had originally or fillings that fell out completely within a week of being placed.
