Excellent experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been many years since I had a crown. By far the best I have ever received. Dr Banks and his staff are great!
The young lady that spoke to me first after going to the back, came across talking negatively about what my insurance was not going to pay instead of saying I will check and see what your insurance covers. I did not like that at all!!!!
I don’t like the fact that I found out they don’t allow kids under 13 to be at this dentist my son liked the dentist office and he can’t be there cause they said he not 13 and trying to send me back to another city after we just came from there and now I have to find both my kids another dentist that will take my son and daughter and not turn my son away this fhe second dentist office that did this to him cause he still got a few baby teeth they could of said something.
