Dr Germano and staff very nice and professional! Very helpful getting me a bottom denture and follow up adjustments. Highly recommend!
This dental office is in need of equipment updates (ie: equipment used is extremely outdated and the facility itself needs TLC). The paint on the walls are peeling the equipment itself is old and fading. The Dr. that assessed me and cleaned my teeth seemed qualified however one item suggested was an extraction of a wisdom tooth. The receptionist/assistant gave me one estimate with Dr.Germano to do the extraction at one price then consulted with her and apparently she was not going to do the extraction and handed it to anothe... read more
If you want dental professionals DO NOT go to this practice. The office staff are the rudest, unprofessional people possible I spent $25,000.00 with them and now they won’t give me my copies of records. You only have yourself to blame when they screw you over too.
The office itself is old/outdated and nothing state of the art. Did not feel welcoming nor friendly or like anyone really cared. Worst dental experience of my life having a simple extraction. The "oral surgeon" said my tooth was infected but she was going to take it anyway.....no antibiotics even though I have a heart condition, could not numb me even though I had a "Hot tooth" so excruciating pain then tooth broke so had to dig the rest out and get stitches....again like I was being tortured.
