As, a new perspective patient looking for a new dental office coming from another state. I was very disappointed in the office manager Monica Lomas. She is very unprofessional, rude, & just all around an unpleasant person. It was very upsetting to see how she treated the office staff in front of a new perspective patient. Summer is fantastic! And so are Monica and Dr. Jeansonne! They've made my dental work so far as comfortable as possible with such professionalism and knowledge. They've answered every question I've had throughly. I appreciate them very much!
Thanks to premier dental care (prairieville location) for a positive experience. With severe dental anxiety, Dr. Jeansonne made sure to keep it at ease throughout my entire procedure. He was very thorough and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. I like the fact that this facility is focused on customer comfort and offer sedation at the customers request without question. Thanks premier dental!
