They were nice when we were there. But today a lady called me asking if I would like to make an appointment. I told her I can't right now that I would like to pay off my bill first. The lady said well their records show I don't have one with them. I told her I used other cards to pay them. Not all people have extra money like that.
After receiving an EOB that differed from my payment, I contacted Delta Dental for clarification. I was informed that Premier Dental owes me a total of $0.40. Following this inquiry, my and my son's dental appointments were canceled due to staffing shortages. This occurred at the end of December 2022. As of August 24, 2023, I have not been contacted to reschedule these appointments. It appears that this may be retaliation for raising questions regarding the discrepancies between my payments and the amounts billed to my insur... read more
