I love this dentist office! They are out of network for me, but the staff is so friendly and my dentist does an amazing job so I keep coming back! Not long ago, I had a billing issue due to the dentist not being able to do all the work I had scheduled that appointment, and the staff was very quick to get it resolved and issue credit on my account for future appointments since I have a lot of work that needs done. I had a cleaning scheduled for March. The day prior I got a call explaining that I had to be rescheduled to October. So much for 2 cleanings a year! Don't waste your time find another dentist. UPDATE---No way you'd believe this but the day I posted a negative review they called. An opening was available at 5 p.m. on 16 May 2024 because of a cancelation. It says on their page that they are accepting new patients. I filled out the inquiry through their website where it says you can pick an appointment time. It said they would confirm, but never heard anything from them. Called and left a message, still never heard a peep. I had asked in my inquiry that if they weren't actually accepting patients, I would just really appreciate a call back to let me know so I could find another dentist. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion to not even call or email confirming anything.
