a minute ago-Edit We are in the process of building our dream home with Premier Custom Homes. If you have never built before first thing to know there will always be some headaches along the way, but it is how the company handles those that makes all the difference. Premier is doing a fantastic job, our superintendent either calls or comes out tot he job site at least once a day to check the progress o the build, and provide us with updates. If I could give negative stars I would. Buyer beware... STAY AWAY FROM PREMIER. At first Mark seemed very knowledgeable, organized, and established. We built in the Tulsa area and he assured us that he had great working relationships with his subs, that he had a bit of control over the subs since he provided them with so much business, that he got the best prices because he did so much business, etc. In reality, the Tulsa branch of his business was non existent. There is not a better general contractor in Oklahoma. We went to one of those be your own builder places and that was a joke. A friend recommended Mark at Premier Custom Homes and we went in and talked to him about our vision. We are 3 weeks from completion and it has been the most amazing experience.
