We had a great experience working with Premier Contracting on our garage addition. Lou was extremely responsive throughout the entire project, communicated well, and consistently kept everything on schedule. The quality of the work was excellent, and we really appreciated how dependable and easy he was to work with from start to finish. We would absolutely use Premier Contracting again and highly recommend Lou and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, quality contractor.
Lou and the team did a great job for us! Everything was a seamless process including the addition of windows, French doors, creating a new staircase, moving room entryways, adding closets, etc. On top everything else, the coordination and cost of painting the interior of the home was an easy process. Lou is a great communicator and I would recommend Premier Contracting to anyone.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Lou is a very difficult person to deal with and is very hot headed. Would highly recommend if you are seeking any kind of construction to find anyone else even if it costs more. It would be well worth it!!
Fast, friendly, reliable and easy to work with! Did a great job replacing one of our bedroom doors. Will definitely use them again!
