Very professional, lots of experience, great advise. Remodeled 2 bathrooms recently, remodeled my whole house 25 years ago, very satisfied.
Thank god for Micheal. I just added 1800 square feet to my house. I started the project thinking I could do it myself but when I got in over my head I found Micheal at Premier to take over. My three year project was finished in 6 weeks after I hired Micheal. His sub contractors were very good and actually showed up when they said they would. He had them finish the stucco, tile, roof, solar panels, paint and stairs. The quality of work is better than I expected and the price was very fair. Thanks again Michael you're the best... read more
1.0 star rating 5/15/2018 First to Review Don't EVER hire this company. I moved into a house with a 3 year old roof, and came to find out very quickly that the previous owner took the lowest bidder when looking for a contractor. The first night we spent in the house, the rain leaked through the front entryway. We tracked down the name of this company from the previous owner, and Mike Garcousha came out, looked at the roof, and said it was all installed correctly.
