a little over one year after green tech remodel my windows, roof and gutter helmet, my gutter got clogged, they asked me to clean gutter every year because their gutter helmet does not work, my ceiling in kitchen has water mark spot in less then 1 year, and windows has water vapor, even large water drops some time during winter time.
