Jim Walsh is not a licensed contractor, we hired him thinking he was, only to find out later he was using someone else’s license. He does hold any kind of license’s other than a driver licenses, but personally never see that myself. He was hired to do some remodeling on one of our houses. He took our money and never did any work, what he did do is hire a roofing contractor that also had no license to replace our roof and there was nothing done right.
