After my experience with Premier, I would highly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to look elsewhere. Premier engages in unethical practices when it comes to providing previous vehicle ownership information. Their lack of integrity to earn a dollar is disgraceful. I have purchased several vehicles, both new and used over the past 20+ years and never have I been treated with such disregard as I was with Premier. I’m a disabled veteran who bought a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 from Premier Companies in June 2022, and it turned into a nearly three-year ordeal that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. The trouble started right after the purchase. Premier told me I wouldn’t owe sales tax because of my veteran exemption, which felt like a relief at the time. But shortly after, they said I had to file for an abatement to get the tax back, which forced me to take out a second loan while the first one was supposed to be unwound.
