Premier Community Construction use to be pace consulting. The owner, James Berry was also the owner of a solar panel/ general contracting company called community solar. This guy was funneling people through the government subsidized pace program of the state to his side company to line his pockets. Worst construction company ever, do not work there or ever hire them. They do not know what they are doing, charging over 70k for a 200 Sq. Ft. Bathroom addition and taking 6 months and still not finished. The owner is the worst, young guy that tries to upset items and rarely delivers. The projects they run go way over budget and way past deadline. The class of subs they hire typically have no license and take way more time. PCC is a company we have hired to install all our monument signage that involves construction, irrigation and building. They have done an outstanding job, all our clients have been thrilled with the results. We are happy to continue collaborating with them.
We got a great deal on a solar/HVAC combo this last week and they installed almost immediately, two days after we came in. What I really liked and appreciated was their communication and most of all that they got a permit and scheduled a city inspection. That gave me the security that it was installed properly
