New review 5/1/2026 Premier came out to replace the ancient AC systems in my two houses. Thet were very professional, cleaning up after themselves, completing the job on time, even correcting wiring errors the previous HVAC installer had done. They offered me advice on keeping the units clean and operational, showing me step by step so I didn't mess it up later. I needed a new furnace quick. Keith was able to get me one, and have it installed withing 5 days. They did a nice job on the installation and explained everything very well. Good job!

I hired Premier Comfort to install a new furnace. I gave them a key to my house as I was going to be out of town. When I got back, they had installed the furnace and new thermostat but didn’t turn the breakers back on. Since it was winter, a pipe froze and burst. I had to pay to repair the pipe, replace drywall, cleanup the flooding, and stay in a hotel while the repairs were happening. I believe it’s the son of the owner who sold me the unit. I don’t give 5 star reviews. It’s not common at all. This company saved my winter. I’ve called another HVAC company, an electrician and someone else bc my heater was down in -22 weather. All of the technicians before him said the problem wasn’t the HVAC. This company fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. I’m not exaggerating. I told him the same things I told the others and he fixed it immediately. The technician then went on to educate me as to what happened and why so I’m aware. Sunday evening, 6° outside, temp inside decreasing quickly. Called up and within the hour made it to my house. Diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly. Top notch service.
