Great communication everyone from start to finish was honest and professional. Keith did a great job giving us our real options and advice. Came up with a quick resolution and his team (Sonny and Alec) that installed a furnace were Courteous and professional. Would recommend their service to anyone in Fox Lake area and lake county.
Called premier comfort when our heat went out this past winter. Technician Keith came out looked everything over and did a PM and got us running again. Shortly after we had a weekend ER call when the circuit board went out. Technician Keith did a same day repair and we had heat again. Unfortunately needed another service call and yet again Keith showed up after hours and took care of us. Professional service and friendly support. Highly recommend for HVAC maintenance and service. 10/10
