Not even one star really. An opportunist representative was at the accident site initially and stated that they work on getting insurance claims fast and offered free towing. I did not get anything in writing but I asked if we can pick up the car if we changed our mind and the rep said yes. The next day my car was at a different location than what the rep had stated it would be.
