My car (2010 Ford Taurus SHO) was rear ended back in Sept 2017, so we took it to Chuck (Owner of Premier Collision) in Lewisville to have it fixed (the other drivers insurance paid for the repairs). A few months goes by and we are told it is almost done, another few months go by and we haven't heard anything from Chuck so I go to the place I dropped it off at in Lewisville to check on the car in person and he and his business are no longer located in Lewisville...he moved everything to Pantego TX and didn't tell us.
