Beware PROS: Quality paint job. CONS: several issues discovered upon pick up: 1) headlamp out and the bulb wasn't even locked into place, just slid into the housing and free floating. 2) wires to foglamp were taped back together after being ripped apart by this shop - see photo (I had to order new bulb assembly Bc it shorted out) 3) new door ding on passenger door 4) interior console and driver seat covered in sweat from workers 5) rear axle was replaced and far enough out of square that it was obvious with the naked eye, co... read more
I will not use this shop again and I HIGHLY discourage anyone seeking quality repairs from using premier. PROS: Quality paint job. CONS: Terrible customer service. There were several issues with my truck when I picked it up not to mention the shop took over 4 weeks to do a moderate amount of repair. Throughout the entirety, the shop called me maybe twice.
