I wish I could give it a NEGATIVE star! My car went in on Aug 5th, and at the end of Aug was told it was almost ready. On 9/3 I was told that they were waiting for parts, Fine and I understood! On 9/23 they confirmed all the parts were in, and told me it was be another 27 days before it was ready. On Oct 14th they called and told me they needed more time! Its now Oct 31st, and NO IDEA of when it can be finished! This is totally unacceptable!!!
My wife was treated dismissively and insultingly by Willie Ruiz of Premier Collision. After her car had been rear-ended, we brought it to Premiere Collision. She told Ruiz that the steering was off and the engine was running rougher than before the accident. Without examining the car, he told her that she obviously didn’t maintain the car.
