Great experience! I took in my leased Mercedes after getting rear ended and right before I was supposed to turn the lease in. A friend of mine recommended them since I was worried about what the leasing company would say and I needed the car back fast. They made me feel very comfortable that they would take care of everything, and they did. Great service, great quality, great people! I brought my Mazda in to have the passenger side repainted as a results of some damage. The staff was incredibly polite and they repaired my car in the time frame they promised with excellent quality. I used to restore cars so I have an eye for detail, and I cannot tell where they repainted the car. It looks exactly like new. I am a lifelong customer.
Very bad service!!!! We brought our Jeep in for repair 2 months ago, and the work has not even been started. Our insurance company has recommended we take the car to another shop because this is the most difficult shop they have worked with. We drove our car in and it only needed minor repair. Now, the owner states the car isn t drivable. First he claimed the frame was bent, then a week later stated the frame is cracked. Now he wants to charge us for storage, even after we have attempted to pick up the vehicle several times.... read more
