Look at my review history, the vast majority of my reviews are positive because I am very reluctant to hurt businesses even if I don't have a great experience, but this has to be the worst interaction I've had with a business in my whole life. They picked up the vehicle from my home on the very day I called them—that was the only good thing. From that point onward, communication with the office was abysmal; whenever they did answer, they either lacked the necessary information or simply offered no response. When dropping off the vehicle, I explained to the person receiving it that there were specific damages requiring a detailed inspection, yet this was completely ignored. Vey professional and good service. Cris was the man who repaired my car damage and he made sure everything was perfect for me and my family.
Three weeks of being told my car would be ready on Thursday, and I still don’t have it. They promised to cover my rental but didn’t, so now the rental company is harassing me, saying they will report the car stolen. Nothing but lies, no accountability, and zero communication. I honestly wonder how they’re still in business with this kind of conduct and service.
