I was advised that the repairs on my vehicle would be completed with 7-10 business days once insurance approved. My vehicle was brought to them mid-month October ! It’s January…. And my vehicle still isn’t done . I’ve paid out over 3,000$ in rentals , my insurance company covered 20 days of rental and now I have another 1000$ rental charge due to my vehicle still not being ready. No one is ever in the office , they will not return my insurance co. Phone calls. They won’t answer or return my calls , or Enterprise . Horrible c... read more
Good job, little rushed at the end. Nice people. Really tried to make me happy. Probably 4 1/2 stars.
Tyler was extremely helpful and was great at communicating the status of my car. The pricing was exactly what I had calculated as fair pricing, and the repairs were very timely considering where the supply chain is right now.
