Epy took great care of us!! We needed a replacement of a door latch on our Nissan Versa. Got us in pretty quickly and we waited while the work was done. Reasonable price and friendly service. They do seem short staffed in terms of office personnel, so it can be hard to get someone on the phone sometimes. Overall 4.5 stars.
I was advised that the repairs on my vehicle would be completed with 7-10 business days once insurance approved. My vehicle was brought to them mid-month October ! It’s January…. And my vehicle still isn’t done . I’ve paid out over 3,000$ in rentals , my insurance company covered 20 days of rental and now I have another 1000$ rental charge due to my vehicle still not being ready. No one is ever in the office , they will not return my insurance co. Phone calls. They won’t answer or return my calls , or Enterprise . Horrible c... read more
