If I could give zero stars, I would. They failed to show up at the scheduled time to pickup my daughters boxes. Then when it was time to delivery her things, they dropped two boxes and her microwave off the truck. Her microwave was completely broken. They also dropped several boxes that belonged to another customer. I don't even know if they told the customer what happened. I wanted to document what happens to our stuff. They make it extremely easy to pack up and move back in to dorms. Their communication could be better, for sure, but the core service (pickup, safe storage and delivery), and friendliness are excellent. Wish we had this at all our kids’ colleges.
