Premier Coachworks provided an excellent service; even though they couldn't repair my car (as deemed a write off) they kept me informed and cared for me. Owner Peter was very kind, even providing me with a lift (from his v pleasant colleague Kevin) to the train station (after I'd returned the courtesy car). I would therefore STRONGLY recommend them to car owners for repairs.
Premier Coachworks is the body shop used by Perrys Kia. Although they couldn’t fix the fault with our car because the actual bodywork is twisted, the car had to go in the garage twice because their attempt at the repair was poor. They left thick putty around the rear windscreen and broken trims. We are still left with problems that nobody seems willing to sort out.
Excellent service of both kind, understanding reception staff as well the bodywork staff. Quick estimate and repair work was first class. Many thanks, Mrs Brown
