My cooling system in the house went down and i didnt know what to do. Glad i was able to find premier hvac they came within an hour and got it all running in a short time. They were very respectful and inside the house took off their shoes and very clean work. Overall very happy with the work they have done. And will be using them again soon on my new rental house that will need the whole heating and cooling systems installed from scratch.
I'm actually very surprised that all previous reviews are so positive. They must be fake... We unfortunately had a very bad experience during one of the hottest weeks in New York. First, they responded to a service call at 3pm when we placed a call early in the morning. Then, they quoted almost $8K to replace control boards, took a whole day next day to install it and it didn't do anything! The team at Premier HVAC was friendly and honest the whole time working with them. We received multiple quotes from many HVAC repair companies and Premier gave us the best price from beginning and didn't add any extra fees at the end of anything. Other companies tried to use deceptive sales and marketing tactics which we did not appreciate. The crew doing work on our home was fast, effective, and friendly.
