Best dry cleaning shop in Villanova! Julia is a GEM. Her tailoring is spot on, she’s gotten stains out that other dry cleaners couldn’t, and she’s incredibly sharp & quick! It’s so clear how she’s built warm relationships with all of her customers. Simply a delight. Thank you!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANER!! My daughter brought her jacket there to be cleaned $35 When she went to pick it up the black from the jacket ran into the white. John (the owner) left her a voicemail saying we know the black ran into the white we will fix this They couldn’t. Her $200 jacket that she bought last year is now unwearable and all he was willing to do was refund the price of the cleaning She doesn’t have the jacket receipt as it was a year ago Totally unprofessional AVOID THIS CLEANER IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHES!!
They have tried to return OTHER PEOPLE'S clothes to us several times. Lost two of my favorite pair of pants. Seem disorganized, and often missed "promised by dates". We have moved on.
