Asked them to press an already pleated 100% wool skirt. I asked “Will you make these pleats more prominent?” They took the pleats out. They made it into a completely different shape. This is a joke of a business. When asking what happened and why they just stared at me. I asked them if they would try again yet they just stared at me.
