Came here first since they have the truck we were looking for, ended up made our purchase. Could have been a 5 if the salesman and it manager have clear communication during the back and forth negotiations. Salesman left for the day that lat Friday night while we were in finance, now the “He Said” “She Said” portion where they pointing fingers and admitted that their communication could be better between salesman and sale manager at the desk. Place was full of red flags. Poor communication. Gave me the car back despite the service light coming on while in their possession and didn't address it
William (service) and George (technician) both employees took great care of my jeep wrangler. William has great communications notifying me when my vehicle is ready for pick up and very friendly. George fixes my Jeep without me having to come back for repeat problem(s). One and done type of service.
