Great customer service. My service advisor Tracy K. was outstanding and went out of her way to take care of the issues with my Chevy 2500 HD. They did a full video breakdown of everything they check and then did the requested work. There is a problem with tailgate switches in some models, mine was not included in the recall, but they had the part in stock and the technician, ET, postponed his lunch just to get that part installed and my truck finished in a timely manner.
