Don't trust them!!! I had Brownrigg insurance with Troy for 3 years and every year, it's a hassle to renew the insurance. I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks(phone calls and emails) to get it renewed before it expires and nobody would call me back. So now my insurance is expired and finally got a email saying that they can't renew my license and claim that they sent a email 90 days ago letting me know. I was not very impressed with their customer service. I was recommended to Browrigg LLC agency by a previous employer. Troy was my policy agent and was polite and informative in helping me figure out what kind of insurance I needed as I was just starting my business. However, after purchasing the insurance and bonds that were needed, it became quite frustrating trying to communicate additions to the policy. I can't recommend this group enough! Not only has Rick helped me with getting better insurance than I found by myself, he's happily gone out of his way to help me succeed by giving me information that kept me from using other services that were not right for me, such as payroll services.
