I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. I originally went in to purchase an evaporative emission canister purge pump because a friend was going to install it for me. However, the staff informed me that my vehicle was still under warranty and offered to perform the repair at no cost. Based on that information, I agreed to let them complete the repair. They treat me like I’m the most important person to them. Always friendly and they treat my Cadillac like it was their own. It sounds weird but I kind of like when it’s time for my scheduled maintenance. I really enjoy the various coffees and treats they offer me.
