Worst experience.. every time I go there. My rear tires pressure sensors were working before i go there. I asked them to change the front one too . I got the rear one done in feb for $240 now they were charing almost three times extra $440 + labour + taxes just for front ones. Everything apart, Once they did oil change for my car now none of the tire sensor is working . I went back there after two hours. They told me that they already fixed them but No they didn't.!!!!!!! I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door. My salesman Sean Romanko was fantastic, he helped me get into the right vehicle for me. Katie Reid assisted me with putting the financing together, she is absolutely remarkable. The whole transaction was smooth from start to finish. I love my 2025 Chevy Trax.
After performing a multi point inspection 09/22/25 told vehicle needed $1009.65 amount of work. Said brakes needed service (pads) ......marked critical and needed immediate attention! Also listed need for Fuel Induction Service. Has only 58,000 kms. I said no. Took vehicle to another GM dealer and they performed same tests and said there was nothing wrong with brakes and it did not need the Fuel Induction Service. Scheduled maintenance and tire rotation are always done very well and quickly. All the personnel that I dealt with were very courteous and knowledgeable.
