My daughter’s wedding was in September and all I can say is “WOW”. If you are looking for a caterer look no further than Shane. The food and presentation were absolutely amazing ! During the cocktail hour our guests kept on coming over to us saying it was the best cocktail hour they were ever at. Shane and his staff could not have been nicer. It was an absolute pleasure working with them !!!
We used Premier Chef Services for our daughter’s wedding this past September. When we booked Shane, we told him we felt that the appetizers during the cocktail hour had to knock the socks off of our guests. We told him we felt that that sets the tone for the party. Shane and team were amazing from the very beginning. We used Premier Chef Services for our wedding on MV in September 2024 and the guests could not stop talking about the food. Guests could not believe the chefs were cooking in a tent! I was told over and over again by so many that we had the best food. The service was very professional and top notch. They were very attentive to detail and accommodating. Highly recommend their entire team. Thank you for making our wedding so memorable!
Shane and his Premier team catered multiple large events for us this past August and consistently provided outstanding service. From the suggested menus, to consistent and clear communication, to working with other vendors for the events, he exceeded expectations. Best of all was the end result with his team having great customer service skills at the events and multiple guests saying (without being asked) how much they loved the food. I look forward to working with him in the future.
