My almost 12 month old son was playing in a toddler playground in hot springs. He fell on the ground and caused red and bruises on his face. Dr sooman office is 90 miles away, and I texted his office phone number and asked if able to do video calls to get some prescription cream or something for the injury on the face. Staff are very friendly.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My kids have been going to there since they were born! She made the mistake of not giving my baby his shots along with his physical. She told me to come back the following day by the end of the day and she would give him his shots. I took off of work both days, checked my kids out of school and 5MINS BEFORE I initially told them I would be there, I got a call as soon as I pulled into the parking lot that they would not be able to give him his shots because the doctor left!
