I am so glad I found Premier Catering! I communicated with Charlie and Maura, both are wonderful. One of my initial emails stated that I wanted casual not glamorous for our wedding. No white or colored linens here, it didn't fit the aesthetic I had in mind. I was struggling to find something to fit the bill. The Randich's held our family reunion on July 31st. We had over 140 relatives from 10 states attend. Premier did our catering and we had so many compliments on the food and staff that we wanted to give them a shout out. We highly recommend them for any size event.
I highly recommend Premier Catering. Premier Catering recently provided food service for my daughter's outdoor wedding. They also assisted us in securing a tent for the outdoor ceremony and reception, as well as working up a floor plan for proper distancing, reduced guests per table, etc. Maura, Don, and Charlie provided timely communication, and every detail was carefully planned and followed through.
